Who are the tutors?
Our tutors are independent professionals who active and retired teachers, college professors, professionals, and college students.

How do I select the tutor?
You can select the tutor by looking at his profile which displays his qualifications, experience and available timings.

When can I schedule the classes?
You can schedule the classes anytime at your convenience depending on the availability of the tutors, based on your selection criteria.

What if I don’t like the tutor?
You can change the tutor after completing one, one hour session, But , if you have signed up for multiple sessions with one tutor, you can only change the tutor after all the sessions are over.

Do I have to use a whole 10 hour package every time I get a tutor?
No. Sessions are of One hour duration. If you purchase a package for 10 sessions, you can use the same over ten sessions. Unused minutes rollover every month for up to six months.

Can I learn different subjects, using one package?
Yes, provided they are for the same class.

Can I Select, multiple tutors using one package?
Yes, provided they are for the same class but different subjects.

How can I schedule my sessions? Can I cancel or reschedule sessions?
You can schedule the class after viewing the tutors availability on the website. You can Cancel/Re-schedule a session at any time, subject to a minimum of 48 hours before the session time. Each session is of one hour duration but may be extended by mutual consent of tutor/student depending upon your needs and each extension will be minimum ½ hour/30 minutes and multiples of ½ hour/30 minutes.

How do I make a Payment?
You can pay for the services by using the live tutor online payment gateway.
